How he got here.

Nico didn’t enter the beauty industry to follow a script, but for a while, it looked like he might. Early in his career, the path was obvious: climb the corporate ladder. It made sense on paper, but it never felt like his story.

What has always brought Nico to life is people. His gift lies in seeing what others often miss: patterns, habits, and possibilities hidden beneath overwhelm and misinformation. Through his expertise, he helps clients reconnect with themselves and improve not just how they look, but how they live.

Because modern beauty is loud. Every day comes with a new “essential” product, a new promise, a new insecurity waiting to be solved. Cabinets overflow with purchases made in hope rather than clarity. Someone looks in the mirror and says, “I think I need a facelift,” without ever being shown a thoughtful, realistic path forward. Nico saw this cycle again and again, and knew there had to be another way.

Studio Spaccia was born from that realization: a space built on discernment, honesty, and intentional change rather than excess.

Working with private clients wasn’t a pivot so much as an inevitability. Nico’s approach couldn’t be contained within traditional roles. The results spoke for themselves: visible improvements, renewed confidence, and an experience clients remember long after they leave.
